Katrina Morgan is the founder of Tenacious Fitness & Wellness and a passionate advocate for helping others unlock their strength, confidence, and overall well-being. This African American powerhouse brings decades of personal and professional experience to her coaching.

A former bodybuilder, Katrina knows firsthand the discipline, resilience, and mental toughness it takes to transform the body and mind. She has translated that same drive into her mission to guide clients of all ages and fitness levels toward healthier lifestyles. Her approach blends structured training with compassion, motivation, and accountability — meeting people where they are and helping them build habits that last.

Katrina specializes in personal training, corrective and functional fitness, and wellness coaching. Beyond physical fitness, she believes true success comes from balancing strength, nutrition, and mindset. Her story continues to inspire those seeking not only transformation, but also a supportive mentor who understands the journey from the inside out.
